Fee: Are due every Friday before the week of care to be provided.
This does not include the provision of diapers, formula, baby food, and special diet foods that cannot be prepared by the daycare. These are the parents' responsibility.
Overtime Fees: Parents will be granted a grace period of 15 minutes after their scheduled pick-up time, after which the following overtime rates, applies: $ 1 per minute the parent is late. Overtime fees are to be paid when the parent arrives to pick up the child. The daycare closes at 11:00pm sharp. The 15 minutes grace period does not apply after the facility closing time. After 9 hours of child care services these rates will apply.
Absent Days: As full-time fees are based on a weekly rate, absent days-when the child will not attend care due to illness, doctors appointment, parent day off, etc- will not be deducted from the rate.
The same policy applies for steady, part-time customers.
